Before you book
Arrival & departure
Check-in: 3 PM
Check-out: 11 AM
Call ahead if you need flexibility.
Quiet hours
10 PM–8 AM. Turn off generators and keep music and other noise down so everyone can rest.
Pets
Pets are welcome. Keep them leashed, clean up after them, and don’t leave them unattended at your site. Confirm any rental-specific rules before booking.
Year-round stays
We’re open year-round. Winter rates, water availability, and bathhouse hours may differ. Call ahead to plan your winter stay.
Deposits & cancellations
A deposit is required when booking through Firefly Reservations. The final balance is settled at check-in.
Cancellations made 14 or more days before arrival: the deposit is refunded minus a processing fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival: the deposit is forfeited.
Review the amount of the deposit, any fees, and the terms presented by your booking provider before confirming. Airbnb rental terms are shown on the individual camper listings.
