How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to your inquiry, provide requested service, maintain the security and reliability of the website, and meet legal obligations. Submitting the contact form does not enroll you in recurring marketing email or text messages.
Website form processing
Minnesota Marketing provides and operates the software used for our website form and related lead-management services. Minnesota Marketing may use or change underlying technology and service providers from time to time. Grant Haven Campground, Minnesota Marketing, and those providers may process and store the information you submit as needed to deliver your message, organize inquiries, maintain the service, and respond to you.
Reservations and Firefly
Online reservations are handled separately by Firefly Reservations. Information and payment details you enter there are handled under Firefly’s own privacy practices. Grant Haven Campground receives the booking details needed to manage your stay.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent contact-form information. We may share information with service providers that help operate the website and respond to inquiries, or when disclosure is required by law, needed to protect safety, or necessary to defend legal rights.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted by emailing granthavencamp@gmail.com or calling (218) 209-2090. We may need to keep limited information when required for legitimate business or legal reasons.
Children and external links
This site is not directed to children under 13. Our website may link to services we do not control, including Firefly Reservations, Facebook, and mapping services. Their privacy practices apply when you use those services.
